DO YOU DELIVER?
We don’t deliver the cheese at the moment. Our cheese packaging is plastic free and delivering via a courier service will have to guarantee the safety of a perishable item, ensuring the product will be handle in the appropriate way, respecting the temperature chain and avoiding cross contamination. While this is possible, it won’t be cost effective for both you and I. However, we are constantly checking the latest updates and options available in order to offer you this option in a near future.

how long do the cheeses keep?
Best before day is around 9-10 days from day of purchase. Different ingredients, their textures, their fermertation process and curing times will have an effect on the life spam. Meaning some cheeses while age better than others. The general advice from us is to eat them before those first 9-10 days. All cheeses must be kept in the fridge. And you can always freeze our Cashew based cheeses and the Feta version.
Are your cheeses gluten free?
Yes. All our cheeses are gluten free, lactose free (Lactic acid does not come from Lactose), sugar free, animal free, preservative, colourant, and nasty free. Our cheese are 90% organic ingredients and the other 10% are as clean and ethical as we can source them. Even the crackers we use for our testers are gluten free.
